Project Manager – Large‑Scale Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure, civil engineering and horizontal development projects in the Philippines. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing utilities, bridges and related works, and ensuring delivery on schedule, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, manage documentation and monitor progress.
• Supervise the project team to meet employer requirements.
• Oversee completion within schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Report progress to senior management and lead regular strategy meetings.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to resolve challenges and align goals.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Construction Supervision, Design, PM Support and Contract Advisory.
• Manage all project phases from design to completion, optimizing resources and cost‑effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with approved methodologies and procedures.
• Maintain cost/change controls and budget records.
• Monitor contractor activities and schedules.
• Support change‑order estimation and manage change requests.
• Review contractor schedules and progress reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on contract status, costs and potential changes.
• Assist the Regional Director in identifying business opportunities and client engagement.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience in large‑scale civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years in infrastructure and utility services.
• Experience in risk assessment, geotechnical works, environmental impact assessments, tender preparation, site supervision and contract administration.
• Strong technical competence and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines for the project duration.
