Project Coordinator – Youth Empowerment

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead the Youth Empowerment Project in Malabon, supporting Alternative Learning System (ALS) students and out‑of‑school youth aged 18‑24. Based in Quezon City, the role focuses on delivering technical‑vocational training, life‑skills development, and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily implementation of project activities across target barangays (Concepcion, Catmon, Longos, Potrero).
• Organise schedules, venues, logistics and participant mobilisation for trainings, mentorship and community‑savings sessions.
• Facilitate communication among partners, service providers, volunteers and beneficiaries to ensure alignment with project objectives and donor requirements.
• Identify, profile and monitor beneficiaries, building strong relationships with youth, parents, schools and local officials.
• Ensure safeguarding and protection standards are upheld for all youth participants.
• Manage partnerships with accredited training institutions, TESDA‑accredited providers, local employers and volunteer mentors.
• Represent the project in meetings, forums and stakeholder gatherings.
