About the role
The Program and Project Management (PPM) Support Assistant Manager will assist KPMG teams in planning, executing, and monitoring client engagements. This role ensures that project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and in compliance with KPMG standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain work plans, timelines, and progress trackers for engagements.
- Support the preparation of proposals, bids, and quotations.
- Identify improvement opportunities, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies and ensure stakeholder communication.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, walkthroughs, and progress meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Validate findings with process owners and keep industry knowledge up to date.
- Collaborate across KPMG networks to leverage growth opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management planning, methods, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
