Product Specialist

About the role

The Digital Experience team at Cebu Pacific is looking for a Product Specialist to help shape the future of air travel. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to define product functionality, gather business requirements, and improve the digital customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define product functionality and gather business rules in coordination with Ancillary, Revenue Management, Pricing, Treasury and IT teams.
• Understand customer needs through surveys, complaints, market research, user research and analytics.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to drive user‑experience improvements and digital transformation.
• Work with Solutions Architects, Lead Developers, Scrum Masters and Project Managers to design and deliver new features.
• Create user stories with acceptance criteria, groom the backlog and ensure stories are ready at least two weeks before each sprint.
• Develop quarterly iteration plans and feature roadmaps for assigned digital channels.
• Monitor sprint backlogs, conduct UAT, and coordinate issue resolution with IT support teams.
• Track competitor products and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in digital product management, business analysis or a similar role.
