About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective purchasing for our organization. The role will support the procurement function by developing processes, monitoring budgets, and providing detailed reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure best value for goods and services.
- Maintain and monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Develop and implement efficient procurement processes in line with company policies.
- Monitor procurement budgets and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Generate spend analysis, savings tracking, and other procurement reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Relevant certifications such as CPSM or CPP.
- Ability to work on a hybrid schedule at Mall of Asia Business Complex with rotating, including graveyard, shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with procurement software, specifically SAP.
- Proficiency with procurement software, specifically Oracle.
