About the role
STERRY Limited is seeking a highly proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership. Based in the Philippines, this fully remote position will act as the executive’s right‑hand, ensuring both professional and personal schedules run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex calendar, scheduling business and personal appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality.
- Handle personal errands, private appointments, and coordinate special projects or events.
- Liaise with a wide range of private and professional service partners.
Required profile
- 8‑10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Legally eligible to work in the Philippines and familiar with local services and logistics.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated discretion, proactive problem‑solving, and strong organizational mastery.
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure and adapt to last‑minute changes.
Required skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with calendar and travel‑management software.
