Packaging Designer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Packaging Designer to create and update print‑ready packaging for a leading collectibles supplier. The role involves collaborating with internal marketing and product teams to deliver high‑quality packaging, labels, inserts and related print assets while adhering to brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refresh product packaging across multiple lines, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create packaging layouts using templates, brand assets and licensed artwork.
• Prepare print‑ready files for packaging, labels, inserts and other printed materials, working with dielines and printer specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks to verify artwork accuracy and production readiness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine concepts and visual solutions.
• Manage multiple packaging and print projects, meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized file structures, version control and production documentation.
• Support collateral such as flyers, signage, banners, catalogs and retail assets.
• Recommend improvements to packaging templates, systems and workflows.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience designing packaging and printed materials.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design work.
• Deep understanding of print production, pre‑press processes and preparing print‑ready files.
• Experience working with dielines and packaging structures.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while offering creative solutions.
