Organization & Leadership Development Manager

About the role

World Vision seeks an experienced Organization & Leadership Development Manager to design and implement strategies that strengthen leadership capability, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure succession readiness across its operations in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute capacity‑building, leadership development, and organisational wellbeing strategies aligned with WVDF’s mission.
• Design policies, guidelines and systems for talent development, change management and staff retention.
• Lead execution of strategic leadership, talent and organisational development initiatives, monitoring progress and reporting outcomes.
• Facilitate leaders’ people‑management and change‑leadership competencies using WV’s four leadership domains.
• Enhance data and analytics use to provide a comprehensive view of people effectiveness for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology or related field; HR, Leadership or Organizational Development certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, organizational effectiveness, training & development or leadership development, preferably in an INGO context.
• Proven expertise in designing blended learning programmes, measuring impact and driving organisational change in cross‑cultural settings.
