Operations Supervisor – Carpark

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily car‑park activities, ensuring that policies, safety standards, and financial procedures are fully implemented. This position works closely with accounting, leasing, and maintenance teams to keep the facility running smoothly and profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and submit daily sales reports to Accounting.
• Review and analyse car‑park financial performance reports prepared by Accounting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Carpark Management Head Office and present them during Operations meetings.
• Draft collection letters for tenants with unpaid balances.
• Enroll tenant parking cards into the system and coordinate contract validity with the leasing department.
• Conduct daily inspections of all car‑park areas and monitor equipment such as ticket booths and air‑conditioning units.
• Maintain an inventory record of all car‑park equipment and facilities.
• Identify maintenance deficiencies, report them, and process repair requests.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, or parking management.
• Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pasay City.
