Officer 3 – Application Development (Asset Owner Solutions)

About the role

This position is a review-focused role responsible for validating extracted and collected data, ensuring high‑quality standards for client reports and dashboards. The Officer will lead data extraction activities, maintain data integrity, and support continuous improvement of extraction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review extracted/collected data using prescribed guidelines and ensure consistency.
• Maintain accurate and timely processing of data extraction and collection.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to address queries and issues.
• Document exceptions, prepare error reports, and propose corrective actions.
• Support client onboarding and change‑request activities.
• Monitor client deliverables against SLAs and ensure compliance.
• Assist in periodic reporting for client portfolios within agreed timeframes.
• Continuously improve extraction processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in data extraction and validation.
• Ability to lead preparation of data extraction while maintaining quality standards.
• Good knowledge of client‑specific requirements and reporting needs.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and compliance.

Required skills

• ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Data extraction from PDF documents, web forms, and Excel templates.
• Data transformation and loading into relevant repositories.
• Data validation and quality assurance.
• Reporting and dashboard preparation.
