Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Nurse

About the role

The Company OSH Nurse is responsible for safeguarding employee health and ensuring a safe workplace environment at our Rockwell Center location in Makati City. This role combines clinical nursing duties with occupational health and safety program management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety programs tailored to the workplace.
• Provide emergency treatment and first‑aid care, including administration of over‑the‑counter medication.
• Maintain accurate medical records for all employees.
• Conduct regular health checks and ongoing wellness programs to improve employee health.
• Perform monthly inventory of medicines and related supplies.
• Stay updated on industrial safety and medical best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Preferably experience as a company or regular nurse.
• Ability to remain calm and deliver medical aid in high‑pressure emergency situations.
• Strong communication, organizational and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Makati City.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
