Occupational Health Physician

About the role

The Occupational Health Physician will provide comprehensive medical services to employees, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace. This role involves clinical assessment, health promotion, and collaboration with the company’s nursing staff to support employee well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medical consultations and evaluate employee health conditions.
• Provide treatment recommendations and prescribe medications when necessary.
• Review pre‑employment and annual medical examination results.
• Assess fitness for work and facilitate return‑to‑work evaluations after illness.
• Address workplace medical concerns and offer professional advice.
• Assist in developing and implementing health and wellness programs.
• Coordinate with the company nurse on employee medical issues.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Prepare and sign medical reports, certificates, and health assessments.
• Deliver health lectures and wellness seminars for staff.

Required profile

• Registered Physician with an active PRC license.
• Experience in corporate or clinical settings.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Preferably completed a basic course in Occupational Medicine or Basic Occupational Safety and Health.
