About the role

The College of Nursing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join its faculty. This role supports the academic and clinical training of nursing students, contributing to the development of future healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Registered Nurse in the Philippines with a current valid PRC ID, ensuring compliance with national nursing regulations.
• Holder of a Master of Arts in Nursing (MAN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree, demonstrating advanced academic preparation.
• At least three (3) years of clinical practice experience, providing a solid foundation of practical nursing expertise.
• Physically and mentally fit with good moral character, meeting the ethical standards expected of faculty members.
• Computer literate and articulate in spoken and written English, enabling effective communication and use of digital teaching tools.
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and work ethics, essential for managing classroom activities and student mentorship.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (proficient with standard office software and digital platforms).
