Noche Buena Support Staff (Fixed-Term, 3 months)

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Noche Buena Support Staff member to assist the Campaign Support team during the annual Noche Buena donation drive. This fixed‑term role (November 2026 – January 2027) is based in Quezon City and focuses on engaging sponsors, processing donations, and providing timely donor care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Donor Care Team with handling and processing sponsor‑related concerns for Noche Buena donations.
• Make outbound calls to invite and encourage sponsors to contribute to the campaign.
• Coordinate and process donations through various giving channels and communication platforms.
• Respond to sponsor inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Social/Behavioral Science, or any related four‑year program.
• At least one year of experience in marketing, customer service, or account management.
• Strong command of English and Filipino.
• Willingness to adhere to World Vision’s safeguarding policies and complete related training.
