Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineers & Technicians (Multiple Roles)

About the role

Aboitiz Foods is hiring qualified engineers and technicians to support the operation of its farms and feed‑production plant in Tarlac. The positions cover mechanical, electrical and mechatronics maintenance for swine and poultry facilities, farm equipment, and plant electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including generators, process controllers, and farm machinery.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot faults, and execute repairs or adjustments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and alignments for all assets.
• Develop and implement condition‑based maintenance programs for farm facilities and plant systems.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for swine and poultry farm equipment (for supervisory role).

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Electronics & Communication Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Civil Engineering or Automotive Technology.
• Licensed Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics & Communication Engineer (where applicable).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; for specialist and technician roles, 1‑3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
