Manager – Record to Report (RTR)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Manager to lead the Record to Report (RTR) team supporting the Australia/New Zealand business unit of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. You will oversee the transition of financial accounting activities to our shared service centre in the Philippines and drive continuous improvement across the RTR function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end accounting and financial reporting activities, including period‑end close.
• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for external Group reporting (IFRS), local GAAP and direct tax compliance.
• Review and complete balance‑sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls.
• Provide internal and external audit support.
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement, eliminating non‑value‑adding activities.
• Leverage technology to simplify and standardise processes.
• Manage, develop and coach a team of finance professionals.
• Oversee the transition of accounting activities to the shared service centre in the Philippines.

Required profile

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of financial processes.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a multinational company or Big 4 environment.
• Experience with SAP.
• Effective delegation, vision setting and commitment to team development.
• Project and process management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Progress towards professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
