Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our Property Management division remotely from the Philippines. You will be the primary point of contact for tenant maintenance requests, vendor coordination, and landlord communications, ensuring timely resolution of issues across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all tenant maintenance requests submitted through AppFolio.
• Contact, coordinate, and dispatch vendors to properties.
• Communicate with landlords to obtain approval for make‑ready or repair work.
• Maintain and update the vendor list in collaboration with Maintenance Managers.
• Onboard new vendors, collect documentation, and set up portal access.
• Prepare move‑in and move‑out reports.
• Participate in an on‑call emergency rotation.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Own personal laptop/computer, high‑speed internet, and a dedicated home office space.
• Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred).
• Background in property management and customer service.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team with daily communication.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $8.00 USD.
