Loyalty Program and Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an anime‑loving Loyalty Program and Community Manager to deepen customer engagement, boost repeat purchases, and turn fans into long‑term community members. You will own and grow our loyalty and community experience across Discord and Shopify loyalty tools while collaborating closely with marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand our Discord community, focusing on fan engagement and brand connection.
• Build and optimise loyalty and rewards programs using Shopify apps such as Rivo, Recharge, and Skio.
• Develop community initiatives that encourage repeat purchases and long‑term participation.
• Create loyalty mechanics tied to anime fandom culture, collectibles, and exclusive interactions.
• Coordinate updates around upcoming projects, launches, and product plans.
• Introduce community‑based exchange or trading initiatives for mystery‑bag customers.
• Work with subscription tools to improve customer lifetime value.
• Monitor loyalty metrics, engagement trends, and community feedback to refine retention strategies.
• Plan and execute fan engagement campaigns, events, giveaways, polls, and exclusive experiences.
• Respond to community questions in a warm, personal, and brand‑aligned manner.

Required profile

• Experience with Shopify loyalty or subscription apps such: Rivo, Recharge, or Skio.
• Background in e‑commerce or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Experience running ambassador or referral programs.
• Familiarity with collectible product communities or subscription‑box businesses.
• Basic analytics or reporting experience related to retention and loyalty.
