Loss Prevention Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our Loss Prevention team. In this remote role you will oversee onboarding and continuous education, ensuring team members have the knowledge and tools to detect and prevent retail theft efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing team members.
• Create learning materials, guides, and resources to enhance knowledge retention.
• Conduct training sessions on loss prevention procedures, AI‑based theft detection, and operational best practices.
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address skill gaps and optimise training content.
• Maintain detailed training records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, or a related field.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in loss prevention or security.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑learning platforms.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).
• Training management systems (e.g., Zoho).
• Collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Microsoft 365.
• Basic design tools like Canva.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (40 hours per week).
• Morning shift 5 AM‑2 PM Philippine Time.
• Hourly rate of $4‑5 USD.
