Logistics Coordinator – Export Documents & Fresh Produce

About the role

As a Logistics Coordinator focused on export documents and fresh‑produce logistics, you will ensure that every shipment leaves Cebu with accurate, compliant paperwork, enabling timely delivery to global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and validation of export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, agricultural certifications, and bills of lading.
• Assist in obtaining certifications and permits, ensuring compliance with country‑specific import requirements like cold‑chain records, fumigation and treatments.
• Coordinate with pack sheds, QA teams, sales, and logistics partners to track shipment status against vessel schedules and proactively resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison for overseas customers, capturing documentation requirements and responding to queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records for audit traceability and continuously improve templates and checklists.
• Uphold work health and safety and food safety standards throughout handling of fresh produce.

Required profile

• Experience in international fresh‑produce exporting or supply‑chain logistics.
• Understanding of the fast‑paced environment for perishable goods.
• Knowledge of export regulations, road‑transport guidelines (Chain of Responsibility) and bio‑security protocols.
