Litigation Attorney – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team on a full‑time basis. The role involves drafting, researching, and analyzing a wide range of legal matters while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and provide concise, actionable summaries.
• Prepare case documentation, reports, and legal correspondence.
• Assist in developing case strategy through written analysis.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates, documentation, and basic legal matters.
• Review and analyze contracts, policies, and legal records.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2–4 years of legal experience across any practice area.
• Exceptional legal writing and drafting abilities (writing samples required).
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LexisNexis.
• Proficiency with Westlaw.

What we offer

• Salary: $1,600 per month.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time with a 1‑hour break.
