Learning & Development (L&D) Training Associate

About the role

The Learning & Development (L&D) Training Associate supports the daily execution of training and onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth learning experience for new and existing employees. You will coordinate logistics, facilitate sessions, maintain training records, and assist with content updates.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate foundational onboarding modules covering company culture, policies, and business orientation.
• Provide day‑one support to new hires and answer trainee inquiries.
• Manage training logistics, including room scheduling, equipment setup, attendance tracking, and material distribution.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) with up‑to‑date training content, attendance, and completion records.
• Update presentation decks, training materials, and multimedia assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Coordinate with HR, department heads, trainers, and operations teams to align training schedules.
• Support company‑wide learning initiatives, large‑scale rollouts, and special L&D projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources; fresh graduates with strong leadership experience are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience using Canva or other presentation design tools.
