Lead Developer – Anaplan Model Building

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Developer to head our Anaplan model building team. In this senior position you will guide the design, implementation, and maintenance of Anaplan solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing Anaplan modeling team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end model development, ensuring specifications meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time using Agile practices.
• Drive innovation, adopt best practices and introduce new Anaplan features.
• Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders through regular status updates and dashboards.
• Organize skill‑building workshops, provide access to learning resources and encourage participation in the Anaplan community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.
• Solution Architect certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Anaplan platform and model building.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies.
