KYC Analyst – Open to Fresh Graduates

About the role

The Due Diligence Analyst will support AML, KYC, and KYB operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop expertise in financial crime prevention and client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence investigations on individuals and businesses, verifying identities, ownership structures, and assessing transaction risks.
• Perform KYC/KYB checks, including PEP, sanctions, and adverse‑media screenings.
• Document findings, identify potential risks, and make recommendations based on risk assessments.
• Maintain and update an internal knowledge base on AML/KYC/KYB best practices.
• Assist in designing and implementing client‑specific compliance programs.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
• Prepare and present reports to clients and participate in client calls and internal meetings.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in finance, law, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under regulatory pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
