About the role
The Key Account Manager (Services & Entertainment) will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of brand accounts on the SM Malls Online platform. Acting as the primary point of contact for merchant partners, you will ensure accurate listing management, timely issue resolution, and achievement of commercial performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned brands and merchants, handling concerns, requests, and escalations within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet merchant operational needs and support onboarding of new brands.
- Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and SKU details.
- Monitor category GMV, conversion rates, and other key metrics; analyse performance reports and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on category‑level campaigns and promotions.
- Generate regular performance reports for the Category Manager and recommend actionable improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, e‑commerce operations, sales or a related field.
- Graduate of a 4‑year degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a comparable discipline.
