About the role
Puratos is looking for a Key Account Executive to drive profitable sales and build strong relationships with key accounts across Baguio City and the Ilocos Region. You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager and business development team to execute the account strategy for bakery, patisserie and chocolate ingredient customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily relationships with an assigned portfolio of key accounts.
- Prioritise accounts using a prioritisation matrix and schedule regular customer visits.
- Prepare formal visit reports and log activities in the CRM system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles and account fact files.
- Monitor and report on customer KPIs such as sales, service level, quality and profitability.
- Develop and implement a Key Account Plan in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager.
- Negotiate commercial conditions, budgets and joint business development plans.
- Coordinate projects with cross‑functional teams (technical support, marketing, operations).
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management within the food ingredients or bakery sector.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills to track performance and initiate corrective actions.
- Effective collaboration with sales, marketing and technical teams.
