Junior Packaging Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Junior Packaging Designer to join our fast‑growing retail team. Based at our Distribution Center in Taytay, you will translate our brand identity into eye‑catching, functional packaging for a variety of product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging concepts, structures and graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Create mockups, 3D renderings and prototypes to visualize packaging ideas.
• Collaborate with product development, supply‑chain and manufacturing teams to meet branding, functionality and cost targets.
• Prepare production‑ready files, work with printers and manufacturers, and ensure quality control.
• Research materials and integrate sustainable design practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor packaging and regulatory requirements.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, shelf impact and unboxing experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in packaging or product design with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Strong understanding of printing processes, die‑lines and package structure.
• Knowledge of packaging materials such as paperboard, plastics and biodegradable options.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, cost‑efficiency and user experience.
