Junior IT Specialist (Work From Home)

About the role

eFlexervices is seeking a Junior IT Specialist to provide remote desktop and system support across its global workforce. You will be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring smooth operation of Mac and Windows devices, cloud applications, and network connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver general IT and desktop support via helpdesk, email, and chat for Mac, Windows, mobile devices, and related applications.
• Manage system access, user accounts, passwords, and data security; perform timely off‑boarding of departing staff.
• Handle asset and endpoint management, including installation, configuration, and coordination with third‑party vendors for hardware repairs.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring all access rights are correctly provisioned or revoked.
• Lead IT project tasks, propose infrastructure improvements, and implement security standards such as 2FA, antivirus, and firewalls.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in information technology.
• Strong technical knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing cloud‑based applications and basic networking (connectivity, VPN, printing).
• Ability to conduct audits of application access controls and follow security best practices.
