Junior Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

Outsourced.ph is seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join its remote team. You will work on a variety of marketing assets, translating brand guidelines and design trends into compelling visual content for both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic designs for marketing materials such as logos, banners, digital assets, emailers, presentations, booklets, brochures and social media posts.
• Design simple GIF animations and support motion‑graphic projects.
• Establish and follow brand guidelines while optimizing graphics for print and web.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics (desired).
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography and layout.
• Ability to adapt design trends into project deliverables.
