Junior Clicker – Remote Night Shift

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Junior Clicker to join its remote team on a night‑shift schedule. You will work from home, monitoring a dialing system and responding to prompts in real time, contributing to the efficiency of our call‑center operations.

Key responsibilities

• Log into the dialing system and monitor for available prompts.
• Respond quickly by clicking the designated button when a prompt appears.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while monitoring the system.
• Stay alert during both busy and slower periods.

Required profile

• Fast response time and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods.
• Reliable internet connection and dependable work habits.
• Comfort working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with dialing, monitoring, or queue management systems (preferred).
