About the role
Alza is looking for a passionate Site Manager to oversee the execution of a construction project in Toledo. You will be responsible for ensuring that all company procedures are followed, the project stays on schedule and within budget, and the client is fully satisfied.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and guarantee work quality.
- Control project budget and adherence to the planning calendar.
- Prepare monthly cost control reports and certify production.
- Manage procurement, invoice approvals, and coordinate with the design team and client.
- Handle final price reconciliation and project close‑out.
- Report to the Group Leader and Delegated Manager.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental plans.
Required profile
- Technical degree: Architectural Technician, Civil Engineer or similar.
- Minimum 2 years as Site Manager or 4 years as Assistant Site Manager in residential construction.
Required skills
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Presto and AutoCAD.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Sigrid).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
