IT Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will provide first‑level technical assistance to end‑users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
• Use ConnectWise PSA and RMM platforms to log, track, and resolve service tickets efficiently.
• Perform OS patching, updates, and routine maintenance to keep systems secure.
• Assist with user onboarding, virtual training sessions, and peripheral installations.
• Monitor and manage SentinelOne antivirus deployments.
• Document incidents, escalate complex problems to senior staff, and maintain accurate resolution records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with ConnectWise PSA and ConnectWise RMM tools.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Familiarity with SentinelOne antivirus solutions.
• Ability to use remote desktop and ticketing systems.
