iOS Developer (SwiftUI & Node.js Backend)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated iOS Developer with a backend mindset to design, build, and maintain SwiftUI‑driven applications backed by Node.js services. The candidate will own features end‑to‑end, collaborating with designers, product managers, and senior engineers to deliver polished full‑stack mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain iOS applications using SwiftUI, creating reusable MVVM components and leveraging Combine and async/await.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel‑accurate, responsive layouts across device sizes.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js (Express or Fastify), design database schemas, and perform CRUD operations using PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Implement authentication, middleware, and input validation on the server side.
• Connect SwiftUI views to backend services via URLSession, Alamofire, or custom networking layers and handle JSON with Codable.
• Participate in code reviews, use Git with consistent branching, and ensure code quality across both mobile and backend codebases.
• Profile and optimize SwiftUI performance, monitor crashes with Firebase Crashlytics, and debug Node.js services using tools like Morgan or Datadog.
• Stay current with SwiftUI updates, Apple APIs, and Node.js ecosystem developments, sharing knowledge through demos and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of iOS development experience with at least one SwiftUI‑based app shipped to the App Store.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, understanding of declarative UI paradigms.
• Working knowledge of Node.js and experience building or maintaining REST APIs.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Understanding of MVVM architecture and clean separation of concerns.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
