Hub Lead – Operations (Talisay 2.0)

About the role
We are looking for a Hub Lead to oversee daily operations at our Talisay hub. The role ensures smooth, efficient functioning of the hub while maintaining compliance with procedures, policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily hub activities and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Lead team briefings, weekly staff meetings and conduct regular performance assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process‑enhancement projects.
- Support the Customer Support team in resolving escalated customer issues.
- Coordinate with agency coordinators to manage and support agency teams.
- Handle additional tasks related to overall hub operations as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, preferably in e‑commerce fulfilment.
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
Required skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of hub and warehouse procedures.
- Experience with KPI monitoring and process improvement.
