HR Talent Attraction Associate

About the role

The Talent Attraction Associate will support Aboitiz Foods' Talent Attraction team by building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. The role focuses on implementing recruitment marketing, employer branding, and end‑to‑end recruitment operations while delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Create, maintain, and manage internal and external talent pools and maximize ATS pipelines.
• Execute day‑to‑day recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing recruitment and administrative support.
• Coordinate pre‑employment requirements, manage new‑hire records, and oversee the employee referral program.
