HR Help Center Coordinator

About the role

The HR Help Center Coordinator supports the Principal HR Specialist and senior recruiters by managing employee inquiries and case resolution within Capital One's HR Help Center. This role ensures timely assistance through multiple channels and contributes to HR operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process associate concerns and inquiries via HRIS, case‑ticketing tools, and telephone platforms.
• Handle and resolve Tier 1 cases within established timelines following local work instructions.
• Coordinate and assign Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide logistics and administrative support for department‑wide programs and events.
• Discuss personal development plans with line managers and update progress during performance cycles.
• Rotate across related HR sub‑functions as needed.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with relevant experience in HR contact‑center environments.
• Analytical mindset with strong customer focus and excellent written and oral communication.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Required skills

• Amazon Connect or other cloud contact‑center platforms.
• HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Case‑ticketing systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Siebel.
• Google Workspace (G Suite).
