HR Generalist - Employee and Labor Relations

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is looking for an HR Generalist in Meycauayan. The role acts as the main point of contact for employees and covers employee and labor relations, including NTE reviews, DOLE cases and grievance handling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle NTE review and validation, conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing, recommend decisions and ensure they align with the company code of conduct
• Handle DOLE cases, manage data and ensure data accuracy
• Advise stakeholders on all people-related issues and concerns
• Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows
• Handle employee grievances

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience; BPO experience at generalist or supervisory level is preferred
• Strong background in employee and labor relations
• Willingness to work on site and on a night shift or rotating schedule

• Able to work independently
