HR Business Partner Manager – Home Care Philippines

About the role

The Home Care Philippines business is expanding rapidly and needs a strategic HR Business Partner Manager to drive people, capability and culture initiatives. You will work closely with the local leadership team and the Greater Asia HR network to build future‑fit capabilities and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Home Care team on organization effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, performance and culture.
• Shape the destination organization, lead workforce planning, resourcing governance and manage organizational change with strong change‑management practices.
• Drive capability programs across Social First, Digital, Commerce, Marketing and Leadership in partnership with global and functional HR teams.
• Ensure participation in global learning programs and leadership interventions.
• Lead talent routines such as People Forums, succession planning and performance calibration.
• Coach leaders and teams to foster a high‑performance, inclusive and growth‑mindset culture.
• Act as a talent scout, identifying and engaging future Home Care, digital and marketing talent.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of HR Business Partner experience supporting business units, categories, or functions such as Marketing, Customer Development, Sales, Digital Commerce or Go‑to‑Market.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic thinking with solid analytical rigor.
• Passion for Home Care, consumer culture and Social‑First digital environments.
