About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join our fast‑growing fintech company in BGC, Taguig. The role combines strategic HR partnership with hands‑on recruitment to ensure we attract and retain top talent while supporting broader people initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, focusing on recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with line managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
  • Support employee relations, handling concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, coaching, and feedback.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
  • Provide HR reporting and insights on recruitment metrics, attrition, and workforce trends.
  • Contribute to HR projects and organizational development initiatives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

  • Recruitment expertise (sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor legislation.
  • Stakeholder management and communication.
