About the role

The Hostel Operations Manager will oversee all daily activities across the property to ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining boutique‑quality standards. Based in Palawan, you will lead department supervisors, resolve operational issues, and support profitability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day hostel operations and coordinate staff across all departments.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Monitor bookings, occupancy rates, and overall operational performance.
• Control operational costs, inventory, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support business growth initiatives through data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in high‑volume hostels, boutique hotels, or fast‑paced F&B operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, supervise staff, and manage performance.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
