About the role
We are looking for a proactive Helpdesk Technician to provide first‑level technical assistance to end users via phone, chat, and email. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from a stable home office while delivering prompt and professional support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level technical support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network‑related issues.
- Guide users step‑by‑step through solutions and system navigation.
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher‑level support when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, system updates, and support records.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of technical requests.
Required profile
- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of computers, operating systems, software, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction‑free home workspace.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is an advantage.
