About the role

The Groups & Meetings Support Executive (French) provides dedicated assistance to IHG Regional Sales Centers across Europe, ensuring group inquiries are efficiently managed and converted into revenue‑generating bookings. This remote, mid‑shift position supports proposal creation, cross‑checking product information, and maximising profit opportunities for IHG’s hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support Regional Sales Centers in Europe throughout the group inquiry and support management process.
• Cross‑check product information across all IHG brands to deliver accurate proposals and quotations.
• Identify and maximise revenue and profit opportunities within the Groups and Meetings segment.
• Convert enquiries into bookings at IHG‑branded hotels, focusing on optimal revenue generation.
• Cross‑sell customers to alternative IHG properties when the first‑choice hotel is unavailable.
• Capture and maintain accurate data in required sales systems.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate documentation to customers and hotels.
• Follow up with customers and stakeholders to drive high conversion rates.
• Communicate booking status and relevant information to initiators and recipient hotels promptly.

Required profile

• Native‑level French speaker with strong geographical and cultural knowledge of France.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, able to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales or related targets.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to the Philippines at personal expense and work a permanent mid‑shift (3 pm‑12 am or 4 pm‑1 am) from home.
• Ability to comply with government‑mandated requirements.
