Goods Flow Assistant – Warehouse Operations

About the role

The Goods Flow Assistant supports the Goods Flow Team in ensuring smooth, safe and efficient movement of products within the store. You will use IKEA systems and equipment to keep stock accurate and readily available for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow tasks in the assigned area, maintaining data integrity and stock accuracy.
• Operate IKEA machinery and equipment, including forklifts, to move merchandise safely.
• Contribute to daily lean and cost‑conscious operations, supporting team goals.
• Follow IKEA health, safety and security guidelines and help prevent incidents.

Required profile

• Interest in home furnishing and the IKEA product range.
• Forklift certification or proven forklift operation skills.
• 1‑2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably retail.
• Strong time‑management, attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Quick learner who asks questions when needed.
