About the role

The GDS Travel Associate supports clients in creating seamless travel experiences by handling bookings, providing expert itinerary advice, and ensuring compliance with travel policies. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to stay current with industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
• Provide expert advice on itineraries, destinations, and tours based on client preferences.
• Manage travel documentation and ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues throughout the travel process.
• Stay updated on travel trends, discounts, and promotions to deliver optimal service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in travel booking or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Amadeus or Sabre.
