Full-Stack Developer: No-Code/Low-Code

About the role

We are seeking a senior individual contributor who can move quickly across our no‑code/low‑code stack. You will work directly with the founder and product manager, owning both backend and frontend components while ensuring seamless integration across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Xano API endpoints, custom functions, and business logic.
• Design and manage Xano database schema, including tables, relationships, and permissions.
• Create automations and multi‑step workflows using Make.
• Configure and manage Algolia indexes and search relevance.
• Develop and maintain the Webflow site, including CMS collections, dynamic pages, and custom interactions.
• Write custom JavaScript and CSS to extend Webflow functionality.
• Integrate third‑party widgets and APIs such as Memberstack, Stripe Connect, TalkJS, Zapier, and Mailchimp.
• Debug and troubleshoot cross‑platform data sync issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience building production‑grade solutions with no‑code/low‑code tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Xano and Webflow projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self‑starter who can execute without micromanagement.
