About the role
The Financial Sales Associate will provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to the bank’s clients, working closely with branch sales and service teams. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide life insurance and wealth management solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to address protection, savings, and investment needs.
- Generate and convert leads, acquire and maintain accounts, and cross‑sell bank products.
- Prepare monthly sales call plans, daily sales reports, and other management reports.
- Conduct client calls, sales presentations, and on‑site product presentations.
- Perform market and competitor analysis, client mapping, and telesales activities.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, CDD/EDD, privacy, and data handling regulations.
- Maintain timely email communications and attend required trainings and meetings.
- Support the Business Center in achieving sales goals and targets.
Required profile
- Dynamic individual with an independent mindset and strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills for planning, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Willingness to attend trainings, meetings, and adhere to HR system requirements.
