About the role

The Financial Crime Lead will safeguard ANZ’s reputation and operational integrity across global markets. Based in Manila, you will head a large team within the Financial Crime Threat Management division, overseeing AML and sanctions investigations while driving strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Crime Team in Manila delivering world‑class AML and sanctions investigations.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior ANZ leaders and act as a strategic partner.
• Drive transformation initiatives using technology and data analytics to improve efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, cross‑functional teams in financial crime, AML, or sanctions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering transformation and change programmes.
• Ability to develop talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.
