Finance Intern – Accounting Operations

About the role

Join Intrepid Asia’s Finance team as a Finance Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you will support day‑to‑day finance operations and develop practical accounting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable, including PO and COA documentation, aging schedules, and overdue client communications.
• Manage Accounts Payable, process billing statements, monitor payable schedules, and ensure timely payments.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile company accounts.
• Assist with audit preparation by creating schedules, gathering supporting documents, and performing reconciliations.
• Support corporate tax activities and liaise with business teams on tax‑related matters.
• Coordinate customer and vendor account registrations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, or related degree program.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
