Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

Suitestudio Operations Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead its Manila‑based finance team. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the Australian business of Kitchen Warehouse, handling financial operations, reporting, and statutory compliance for the Philippine entity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Manila finance team, setting standards and building capability.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to Australian Finance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, board pack preparation, and end‑of‑financial‑year requirements for the Australian business.
• Own month‑end and year‑end close activities for the Philippine entity and assist Australian Finance.
• Manage all Philippine statutory compliance, including BIR filings, SEC reporting (AFS, GIS), and statutory remittances.
• Drive audit readiness and act as the primary Manila contact for external auditors.
• Identify and lead process improvements across finance operations and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Solid hands‑on experience with BIR filings, SEC reporting, and statutory remittances.
• Preferred CPA licence and experience supporting an Australian finance team.

Required skills

• NetSuite or equivalent ERP system.
