Field QA Specialist

About the role

The Field QA Specialist supports Home Credit Philippines by ensuring regulatory compliance, preventing fraud, and minimizing company loss through rigorous quality assurance activities in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor field visits to ensure adherence to company processes.
• Participate in process‑improvement initiatives such as trackers and violation coaching.
• Identify and flag potential fraudulent activities that could lead to loss.
• Report issues, create tickets, and act as the point of contact for QA interventions, ad‑hoc tasks, and special validation projects.
• Coach and mentor field officers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Compile data, generate insightful reports, and share QA findings with senior management.
• Perform additional ad‑hoc tasks to boost team productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a quality‑related role or equivalent.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed reports on quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Tagalog and English (both spoken and written).
• Local availability in the Philippines; possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
